Add revision number to ICloudFileSystemEntry

Add revision number to ICloudFileSystemEntry from cloud service. If Service not supported revisions throw NotSupportedException

Found propery named "rev"

For dropbox must be also "revision" property

Revision property is deprectated, you should be using the "rev" property instead.
