BUG: CloudStorage.GetFolder(...) fails if path ends with /
Steps to reproduce:
1) Have the following folders tree created in your DB: /temp/temp
2) try to call CloudStorage.GetFolder("/temp/temp/"). It will return null
3) try to call CloudStorage.GetFolder("/temp/temp"). A reference to the folder will be returned.
The problem is caused by a bug in the PathHelper.GetPathElements() method. Look at the array returned when a path ends with ‘/’. The last element of the array is an empty string.
